It is one thing we usually forget or just too lazy to do. Keep our data clean! I see it all times and I have to admit I am also guilty to not keep all my data up to date.
Nevertheless in projects where data migration, loading or integration is involved data cleansing become more and more important.

Especially when migration data from legacy systems its the right time to start cleaning in my opinion. In my experience its already too late when a new crm system go live and data cleansing would be almost automatically a lower priority.
