The competition increases between hosted crm 4.0 providers

Last year I was involved a few times with setting up or advising about hosted CRM 4.0. I meet some companies at the Convergence 2007 that were providing hosted CRM 4.0 solutions of course in combination with MS Exchange and SharePoint. I guess it was due to the credit crunch that last year in Copenhagen I didn’t see any hosted CRM m 4.0 providers or at least not as many as in the previous year. Nevertheless you could witness some curious development in the market for hosted CRM 4.0. Of course there are new players, but also unexpected players like SAP companies, setting up their hosted CRM 4.0 businesses. A quick google for some providers and their prices give a surprising result, especially in price levels. In general you have price per user and sometimes a setup fee. New book about CRM2013

Ok, it is not breaking news, but as I actually still do like books. You know those thing that do not need to be charged everyday, like my tablet :-( I did not see it in Dutch (online) bookstore yet, so luckily Amazon got it and yes I did order it actually today. Of course, I have the CRM2011 version also, but finally some book about CRM2013, which as expected describes new features like the new user interface, business process flows and upcoming features of Netbreeze and MarketingPilot. So, soon some more posts . It has been awhile and yes! I was actually busy with some interesting projects like integrating CRM2011 with NAV2013 on partner hosted environment. So, in case you want to order the real thing or some digital copy (so 2013) check the Amazon site or your local bookstore (if they still exist). A year later .... a lot have changed or maybe not :)

It was time to start writing some stuff about D365.. or just keep it CRM basically we all should have moved to the cloud and get up to speed with al new functionality like Field Services, PSA, new marketing and more.... Strange that many of my customers are still cloudless for at least CRM, but also some are moving toward the D365 cloud I am still struggling what to call yourself crm consutlant, dynamics 365 (CRM), digital engagement consultant, D365 (no finance). Nevertheless it is still CRM we still have our accounts, contacts, SFA entities only we got some new modules FS, PSA and marketing. From integration/migration perspectief not much has changed I seen some new products but still enjoy working with Scribe, some MS SQL, the infamous excel. The legacy systems are still often messed up with unreliable not documented data, so basically nothing has changed.
